Diamond Leadership Academy was founded by Stanley Nyoni and Philippine Linn in 2015 to develop leadership capacity. Our aim was to democratize leadership development by training trainers in organizations and communities.
First we hosted Leadership Bootcamps in Mozambique. Later we we invited into the organizations of our enthusiastic participants to facilitate and train people in the skills they learned. Our transformative programs were then recognized in the market and we were invited into Embassies, NGO's and other organizations in South Africa, India and in Europe.
In 2020 we hosted the Quantum Leap Café for 6 months following the start of the Covid 19 pandemic; a twice weekly free online sessions to process and share experiences with people from all over the world. Later that year our team was joined by René Katerberg, Alessandra Zaffiro, Daniela Tablado and Roberta Domingues to shape our philosophy of Leading From Love.
